  1. He only had two or three religious affiliations to distinguish and he boiled them down to the majority in a country. But lets assume he would have showed that there is little difference between religious affiliations - so what? It only shows that different religions are similar in their impact. If you actually look at the countries in the graph, you notice that the ones at the bottom are less and the ones at the top are more religious. People in Sweden aren't as Christian on average as those in Greece. To say that religion has nothing to do with the education of women is just a ridiculous lie. I'm endlessly disappointed in Rosling for having implied it. He acknowledges progress, but he doesn't have the balls to admit what leads to progress.
