  2. Let's ignore all of the evil teachings of Christianity and focus only on the good ones: Jesus never tells you how to love others; it's just a commandment. It is hard to see what love is supposed to be in Christianity.

  3. No. You don't have to believe anything on insufficient evidence to meditate. And indeed I'd argue that this mindset is the exact opposite of mindfulness. The practice should be about openness to whatever is really there, not about having grandiose beliefs about magical worlds.
