The part about the well regulated militia isn't even the law, it just gives some motivation or context. 2. Regulated refers to militias and the law literally says that the right to bear arms shall NOT be infringed, ie the opposite of what you claim. 3. A regulated militia doesn't mean regulated in the modern sense, you absolute clown. A well regulated militia is a well trained one. The word doesn't even mean the same. You should really be extremely ashamed of yourself. I'm not even American or a native speaker and I know all of that.

You could require every classroom to have a gun and no school shooting would ever happend again. And that part doesn't even make a specific legal statement, it just explains the following. And the following says that there should be no regulations on the possession or carrying of ANY weapons. It literally says that even a three year old with down syndrome should be able to have several nukes.
