  1. Many Worlds is by far the simplest, most elegant worldview, but ethically it's consequences are horrendous. Not just all of the good unlikely things under quantum mechanic happen, all of the horrible ones do, too. A universe of unimaginable suffering that's totally unavoidable. The only way out seems to be to suppose that a smaller measure in the universal wave function corresponds to decreased intensity of consciousness.
