  1.  @hannahwilliams7512  Well firstly it shouldn't get done, insulating a lot of houses isn't worth the bother and you should just build new ones. Secondly it punishes everyone, who already built insulation. Thirdly it effectively disowns the house owners.

  3. Who is "we"? I see people blocking the road as villains and I won't even consider their opinions. If you start to argue, you've already lost. The only way to deal with this is to never heed anyone using violence to be heard. Anyone using political violence thinks they're right about sth important. That's trivial.

  5. I rather have people do nothing than install a tyrannical government over the weather. Even the worst possible prognoses over climate change ain't as bad as a bad state. It's also a self solving problem, one that approaches gradually and never an existential one.

  13. If things only change through violence why have democracy at all? Why have separation of power and a constitution? If voting and talking and stuff doesn't do anything for you, why not just have a constant brawl? Warlords and revolutionaries duking it out.
