  2. How is it not fair? Fair is when it's according to the rules. You cannot say whether the rules are fair. You can only judge the rules by whether they provide for enjoyable and interesting competitions. If you find it interesting to see women compete, you can say that you want to change the rules and exclude transgender individuals. But neither version is more "fair" then the others. Someone always wins and there is always a reason for it.

  4. This doesn't descriminate against women at all. Women are naturally weaker and the rules in women's sports naturally discriminate in favour of women (by not letting men apply at all). Now you've committed the fauxpas to call transgender people not women, but I will follow you for this argument: By including transgender people, the rules have become less descriminatory and the game more competitive in consequence. Now what you could say is that we should go back to discriminating in favour of (biological) women, because women's sports are entertaining and you don't want to watch just a bunch of transgender people competing with each other.
