  17. There is plenty of reason to risk your life. Firstly the robber might still kill you. Secondly being robbed can cause severe psychological trauma. Thirldy you might need to money or whatever else you have with you. Fourthly you will feel awesome for the rest of your life if you manage to defend yourself successfully.
