  1. The commandment forbids unjustified killing of a fellow Jew. Unjustified meaning against the law and the law very frequently commands you to kill people for trivial things.

  2.  @arthurjarrett1604  Dawkins didn't focus on the consequences of any particular religion as far as I remember, but broadly on the reasons given for believing in gods in the first place.

  3.  @Nofurtherquestions  Not killing isn't part of the ten commandments, otherwise they'd contradict the rest of Judaism. You're nit allowed to kill another Jew outside of the law, that's all.
