  2. There is people who would become stupid leaders everywhere, it's about creating institutions which limit their power, and who make it less likely for them to get into power.

  3. Why can't you just encourage syndicates, protect unions and establish welfare programs? Why does it have to be full authoritarian control of all economic activity? Fortunately Africa is recovering from this.
