It 100% makes you more explosive at lighter weights. Do you think someone who bemch presses less than his own bodyweight has push ups just as explosive as someone who benches twice their bodyweight?

@eamonshields2754 Absolute nonsense. A technique is only a technique with apropriate pressure and power. If you practice going to an armbar without using strength, you're just practicing letting others escape. The important details are all a result of both parties trying as hard as possible.
