If you want to only have two boxes, one would include liberalism, libertarianism, social democrats, etc and the other would include authoritarian or collectivist ideologies: Christianity, Islam, Marxism, Fascism, etc

  6. No. Marxism and Fascism have a common basis only in German anti-enlightenment philosophy. Fascists and Nazis were always totally opposed to Marxists, because for them the nation and race is most important and for Marxists class. They both oppose liberalism, which is concerned with the well being of the individual.

  7. While I oppose both Marxism and Nazism, the latter seems more fundamentally collectivist. What counts is really only the collective of the Aryan people, not whether any individual Aryan has a good life. Marxism is similar in respect to class, but one can see a silver lining: that collectivist policies are supposed to lead to a good outcome for every single person eventually.

  9. When Europe was Christian, people were fighting, murdering, raping each other all of the time. Only now that people have stopped taking it seriously do they come together. Nearly everything that can go wrong in a society is encapsulated in Christianity.

  10. Commerce, equality and liberty created the wealth in Europe, not the worship of arbitrary borders. The latter only led to a handful of wars. Also there is no such thing as a "genetically superior group". At least read something of Dawkins popular writings before you showcase your childish misunderstanding of evolution online. Evolution works by genes competing in a population, not populations competing. And it doesn't lead to a better outcome. It's just that what remains, remains.
