  8. I feel absolutely nothing 20 minutes after a shower. Cold showers are more comfortable, since I don't have to worry about the temperature. When you try to shower warm, you have to balance it out perfectly or you'll boil yourself. When you simply shower cold, you can leave the regulator wherever it was.
