  2. That's an atrocious idea. Competent people are already overrepresented in all institutions and in all offices that can make decisions, in all parliament, in the judiciary and the media. If anything they should make a special house for incompetent and lazy people.

  5.  @aliboy357  You just reoterated why it's horrible and completely undemocratic. It gives religions even more protections than they already have and the largest religions in particular. That's much, much worse than just having some random rich guys.
