I couldn't find any. Even if there are such cases, they're the exception. There is plenty of cases of cougars getting stealth kills and fighting and killing women and children.

So even if those exist, they're in the tiny minority. More often than not the human wins and the cougar has to run away.

  28. Of course I could take that cougar on. How often have cougars killed people after a fight? Pretty much never. The only accounts I can find is cougars killing women and children. There is ONE account of a cougar killing a young man after it had been seen and there the dude was riding away on his bicycle. So cougars stand with 0 wins against adult human males, that actually fight back. It would be odd to assume that you couldn't take that cougar.

If killing the cougar is a win, then the fight is pretty much always a draw. Can't find any accounts of cougars killing an adult male as the result of a fight.
