I couldn't find any. Even if there are such cases, they're the exception. There is plenty of cases of cougars getting stealth kills and fighting and killing women and children.

  14.  @user-if1de8pt2j  I procrastinated away a day looking up cougar attacks and found out that they pretty much never kill anyone as a result of fights, they kill people only from stealth - with the exception of women and children, which of course doesn't count.

There is plenty of accounts of cougars getting stealth kills or killing women or children as a result of a fight, I don't find any stories of cougars killing adult men as a result of a fight. So even if those exist, they're in the tiny minority. More often than not the human wins and the cougar has to run away.

  21. Of course I could take that cougar on. How often have cougars killed people after a fight? Pretty much never. The only accounts I can find is cougars killing women and children. There is ONE account of a cougar killing a young man after it had been seen and there the dude was riding away on his bicycle. So cougars stand with 0 wins against adult human males, that actually fight back. It would be odd to assume that you couldn't take that cougar.

  24.  @ericbryant2315  The human winning the fight is what happens pretty much always, unless the human is a child or female. At least if you consider the cougar running of a win. If killing the cougar is a win, then the fight is pretty much always a draw. Can't find any accounts of cougars killing an adult male as the result of a fight.
