  1.  @PuppiesandSunshine  It's unclear to me whether duct tape and duck tape refer to the same thing. Modern duct tape isn't made from cotton duck. Also the name duct tape seems to have come into use after it was used on ducts, so I don't think it's settled that "duct tape" was originally a mispronunciation. Wikipedia has contradictory information on the history of duct tape, I think there is a lot of scholarly work to be done here to present a clearer picture of it's history.

  3. This is pretty binary. She killed her or not. Obviously if she didn't all of the charges gets dropped, if she did, all of them hold.
