  3. It's kind of the opposite. It's totally overplaying the sophistication of "native" architecture. Also they're saying the same thing about prehistoric European stuff like stone henge, Malta, etc.

  4. Then they should write better books, lol. Universities are already taking absurd amounts of money from their students, they don't need to get more expensive. Also 90% of academics engage in intellectual masturbation anyways, their research doesn't even have the potential to improve the lives of anyone.
