  1. Little Swiss Even if you only take Eriador it is still 1000 times more rich and alive than almost all of the other places on the list. I really don't know what drove them to put Westeros last behind narrow lifeless comedy worlds.

  2. Vanaathiel They put it behind small purely allegorical places and even behind "Toon Town" - I don't think they now anything about Martin's works and they don't give a fuck. "Oz" from these children books was before Arda in their list. XD

  4. Now I must admit that I never read A Song of Fire and Ice, but I really don't think that you can put it's world seriously behind these jokes of alternative worlds (like Toon Town?! wtf) High Fantasy places like Middle Earth or Westeros can scarcely be compared to narrow locations of allegory.
