I was able to gain 7kg in a year with minimal binge eating. Just make your meals very tasty with lots of variety and you'll want to eat over your hunger. Also wearing little clothing and showering cold helps the appetite.

@fea_puta1 What I do to eat more is to exercise a lot before eating, taking cold showers, eating spicy and with a lot of variety. So I suggest you do no exercise, always be hot, make food you don't like and always the same every day. Preferably something with fat and vegetables, so that it fills you up well.

I always include a lot of fiber and fat in my overeating, not just for the taste, but to further challenge my stomach. I'm farting all of the time and my stomach is a beast - I can eat anything.

@emigoldber No, you should add more stuff. Like eating an entire raw aubergine. Or eating gras. If you keep this up, your stomach will be an absolute beast.

Your stomach must be a beast. I only overeat a little and only four times a week, but I can already eat cigarettes and drink gasoline with only minor issues afterwards. Currently working my way up to tide pods.

Depends on what your goals are and how big those sandwiches are. Imo a bit too much carbs unless you're eating this before exercise.

I overeat at least three times each week and I have a stomach of steel. I can eat anything. If you don't challenge your stomach, it won't get stronger. I also always eat lots of fiber and green stuff on the vegetables and fruit. I fart all the time. If you overeat like me, you'll be able to eat cigarettes and drink gasoline.

Overeating is good, same as marathons and hard training. You're exercising your stomach and intestines.

Yeah you should add rest days. Overeat on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and rest on Tuesday, Thursday and the weekend.

@anuragsosa That's not fapping "a lot". You should probably fap more. I'd say you fap a little bit, then exercise, then a bit more fapping then more exercise,etc You end with hard excercise and take a cold shower, then you eat sth spicey fast and try to get variety. After eating you can still exercise a bit before and after finally cumming. Your muscles will be strongest shortly before cumming. Take another cold shower and you should have great sleep. Do that at least three times each week.

Lol, you're not "damaging" it, you're making it better. Same as training a muscle. If you overeat two or three times a week, you will quickly be able to eat more.
