  5. That's total nonsense. "Protecting" would be more valuable for women than for men. Strength adaptations are for fighting other men. Women don't have them, because they are costly and reduce endurance.

  8. Size and weight matter much more in striking and women tend to have really low upper body mass. Not concerned with a woman punching me at all. That being said, boxing is still awesome.
