@TranelHawkins By linking certain behaviors and opinions to skin colour, it becomes a "personal" attack on everyone fitting the description. She's not using qualifiers or statements of probability. She blankly states that in a situation with a white person in it, racism has taken place.

@TranelHawkins The USA is probably among the least racist countries in the world. You sound like someone, who's never been interested in the geography or politics outside of the USA. And those countries more racist than the USA are not just developing countries, but such like Switzerland, Japan, Russia, Brazil, etc

@TranelHawkins None of what you just listed is evidence of racism. Or rather: it would be better evidence of racism if there hadn't been a history of white supremacy and then segregation. As it stands those things alone might be sufficient to explain your discrepancies. Nor does there have to be an explanation to reject the notion that racism is it. That's a sort of lazy racism-of-the-gaps argument. As for the protests in the streets. People are stupid. That's why they think you are in danger in American schools or from American cops when really both school shootings and lethal shootings by policemen are very rare. And unjustified shootings are still only a subset of those. America is a gigantic country. "Can I find a video of it" is not a good heuristic for whether something is a societal problem, otherwise everything would be. Not saying that there is nothing to protest about, but those protesters, who think there is an acute problem with police violence or racist police violence in particular, either ignore or abuse statistics.

@TranelHawkins My bias for what? People believing something doesn't mean it has to be so. Do you believe that Angela Merkel and Bill Gates are behind the Corona Virus? Well in my country there are people on the street, who believe that.
