  1. He is comparing what an eagle can (supposedly) lift into the air with what a gorilla can (supposedly) bench press. Of course the numbers are all wrong except for the human records, which are bad comparisons, because they are records.

  2. Yes and that figure is also completely made up. Someone heard some rumor about gorillas being x-times stronger than humans, came up with a fictional number of how much they would bench press. And then people mistook that number in lbs for one in kg. And that's how you get gorillas, who can bench press two kilo-tons.

  3. They could probably get a bit stronger, but not as much as humans. They are naturally built closer to their potential. Also the figures from the video are pure fantasy. Gorillas aren't nearly as strong. They'd be completely out of line with all other animals if they could lift two tons.
