They are huge. Wtf are you talking about. Gymnast upper bodies rival bodybuilders and often exceed those of other strength athletes.

@DKREALFEEL So if you get into a car crash, you're suddenly swole? No, that's not how hypertrophy works. And hypertrophy and strength training are 99% the same.

It's mostly skill at a movement and neurological adaptations.

Even top strength athletes still build muscle in the off season.

100% wrong. Strength ONLY comes from muscles. They're what contracts. Your nervous system can't move what's not there. Bodybuilders are every bit as strong as they look and the training of bodybuilders and strength athletes is nearly identical: challenge your musculature with increasing loads. In particular in the first couple of years of lifting, there's no difference, you're building muscle and strength with everything.

Heart issues are the result of cyclists or bodybuilders growing swole hearts, you don't have to worry about that if you're not elite.

And you measured that how?

@questgivercyradis8462 They aren't "toned", they're gigantic. You people have total brainrot considering nothing but world class enhanced bodybuilders muscular. Male gymnasts have gigantic lats, shoulders and biceps.

If you think that guy is small, you have severe brainrot.

Weight classes.

"Not that big" LOL.

You're enganging in self aggrandizing delusions. You're small. That's why.

All AG1 does is to repeat narratives ppl already believe. The brand isn't the problem, the problem is ppl not questioning their beliefs about food.

Literally impossible to have big arms without muscules (or fat). No, your first guess was right: it's about specializing in a movement.
1
No. Muscle loss is precisely why you should build muscle before you get old. Your nervous system can't move what's not there.
