  5. A aron A Aron irieknight Meaningless mumbo jumbo. Either it works or it doesn't. Aikido evidently doesn't. Attack and defense is a totally misguided differenciation. Whatever combat technique there is, if it works, it works equally on attack and defense. This is not some RPG.
