I typically feel much better rested after a night of raving than after a night of drinking, even though when I take Molly I typically dance for 7 hours or sth. And instead of feeling worse, there's a lingering sense of hightened empathy and contentment. So if anything what you describe is not universal. I don't know what you mean with "feels good" either. For me MDMA doesn't "feel good" in the body, rather it makes one more sensitive. The main positive effect is the openness and empathy it creates and that's a "dragon" you should be chasing both when sober and under Molly.
