  1. No fap is nonsense, intermittent fasting isn't better than dieting. Cold showers will make most people feel better, but there isn't much research. Meditation is good if you do it right and don't have certain conditions. If anyone wants to feel better I would recommend running followed by a cold shower every day. That's fun and easy, but still makes you feel badass. Intermittent fasting and no fap are the opposite of that and meditation is super hard for most people to maintain for long.

  2. I thought the point of no fap was to focus more on women, not less. After I jerk it, I tend not to think about sex for a while.
