@charlestetreault739 It doesn't improve or refine technique at all and that's why no competitive fighters train like that. If you're gonna shadow box, at least make it realistic.

@Sharethepain Kata are bullshit, no matter how fit and good looking you are. It's just that when a good looking individual does them well, people think it's cool. But learning some weird dance has nothing to do with fighting.

@Tattsuo_pizzacat Hard work and practice do absolutely nothing if you practice the wrong things. Like practicing a dance instead of fighting.
