  7. Nuclear weapons are not "immoral". They can be used for good just as well as evil. What conquerors did to civilians in history is much worse than having a nuke dropped on your city. In any case, a nuclear arms race is not the problek, but a symptom of ideological differences. Those differences are what have to be adressed. Russia won't give up their nukes, because it's the only think putting them on an even playing field with NATO.
