  1.  @Bobspineable  Submissiveness is the opposite of discipline. Discipline is to establish your will against adversity. Submitting to the wannabe-seargant is to abandon your will against adversity. Not being fat shouldn't take discipline. And it doesn't for most fat people as long as they just approach fat-loss in a smart manner (and not like those TV shows).

  2.  @cac2s479  You don't know how much you need precisely. Whether you put the food inside yourself or into the garbage doesn't make any difference to starving people. You don't save any lives by getting fat.

  3. Fat-reduction camps are a scam. It is not and should not be hard to not be fat. You have to learn how to effortlessly not get fat in your daily life. Hard exercise outside of what you would or could do on your own not only does little to reduce your obesity, it's counterproductive in the long run. You don't need hard exercise to stay lean, the exercise should be the easiest part of not being fat.

  5. Fat camps are a total scam. Not being fat should be easy and sustainable and you want to do it in your daily life. Not being fat shouldn't be some crazy ambitious goal that you have to struggle for intensely, but minor behavior changes.
