You can't eat infinitely much. Also vegetables don't contain stuff like B12 and creatine in sufficient quantities. You can eat 30 different roots and fruits every day and still be deficient in stuff.

Wtf is a "real whole food"? Is it better to eat an entire apple tree than just the apples?

You just found out what an ad is today? Do you think Joe Rogan actually uses NordVPN?
3
Yes, you can't trust anyone during an ad read. I'm surprised that people lack the basic media literacy to understand that.
2
@GloryBlazer I guess if you ate an entire human, it should be the most nutritionally whole.
2
@zojirushi1 I spend more than 79€ a month on vegetables.

Literally all the food you eat is the result of culture. There's not a single plant or animal you eat that hasn't been altered for human consumption. Genetically modifying plants has saved millions from malnutrition.

It's amazing that you people can't distinguish between people's opinions and ad reads.
1
You're infinitely more stupid, you literally think food is magic. It doesn't matter whether nutrients come in a pill, powder or any other form.
1
You're still deficient in creatine, very likely in protein, poorer and causing unnecessary animal suffering.
1
You can't eat infinitely much and those don't contain sufficient b12.

I don't understand why people expect feeling specific things after eating food.

@spinnekop-e3p He pays for premium. Problem is that lots of parasites like me simply block ads and even skip sponsor segments with third party apps. So you guys get even more ads to compensate.

The cheapest one in your closest supermarket . Although every multivitamin seems to have different dosages.

Please step on me, daddy government!

Depends on the person, some might need more b12, d, etc. Also certain fatty acids if walnuts aren't cheaply available.
1
Or you just get some vitamin capsules for dirt cheap.

That's complete horseshit. Firstly, what does "eating healthy" mean? Apparently nothing to do with micro nutrients. Secondly, you can survive off of eating pretty much anything. But that doesn't mean that it maximizes performance. Almost no one gets enough creatine for optimal muscle growth and strength. A lot of doctors are 50 years behind the science and have no clue about sports or nutrition. They just pass on misinformation and myths.

@butros5137 Being processed means it has more of the stuff you need and less of the stuff that your body cannot use. It's pretty much impossible to get sufficient creatine without creatine powders. Your entire worldview is wrong and cringe.
1
Do you actually not understand what an ad is? Do you think Joe Rogan actually knows anything about VPNs?
1
Yes, all. Multivitamins contain precisely what's listed on the back.
