  1. This "blame" stuff is bullshit. At what age do you start blaming people? What mental issues do excuse someone from blame? Why do we blame people but not animals? Blame, guilt, etc don't make sense. They are only ever useful as models to correct behavior. That said - it is just the situation where it's helpful to call racist behavior out. She is young and this was a massive embarrassment: both good conditions to make a change.
