@Dr.Naira.Renault So you're just always on the side of the attackers and victims can do absolutely nothing to defend himself? Kyle was as passive as possible. Any more passivity and he would be dead. He did nothing but defend himself in the last possible moment.

One was obviously guilty, the other obviously not guilty. And in both cases there is a very vocal mob wanting us to believe the opposite.
55
It's literally on video that he's innocent.
29
@dallincarter8387 There's literally video evidence showing him to be innocent. And not just innocent, he was also incredibly passive in defending his life. This shouldn't even have gone in front of a judge.
29
@Swannonymous He didn't shoot even as his life was in imminent danger. He's the furthest from a "killer" you could possibly be. You would have shot much earlier and probably killed bystanders.
12
I wish the attackers had rushed a less reserved person so more of them would have been shot.
7
@Swannonymous What kind of terrorist risks his own life in the attempt not to have to shoot his attackers?! You are completely delusional. You are ignoring reality completely. Watch the video. Also the AR-15 you can buy is specifically designed for civilian use. "Warzone" weapons ideally shouldn't kill their targets. The perfect assault rifle would incapacite everyone shot without killing them. Only hunting and assassination gear has the intent to kill. Not that any of this matters, but you should get used to thinking and reading more.
6
Everyone, who doesn't ignore video evidence in favour of political bias, agrees that Kyle is 100% innocent.
3
Yes, that's trying to borrow the positive image of shoplifters. The people shot attempted to murder a guy running from them.
2
@EGuala21 He avoided using his weapon more than anyone else I've ever heard of. To say that he wanted to kill someone is utter madness. He risked his life repeatedly so he didn't have to shoot.
2
@EGuala21 Not shooting when your life is in imminent danger is the exact opposite of premeditated murder. He had all of the reasons in the world to use his weapon and he still refused to.
2
He didn't defend property anyways. He defended his own life.
1
He did show more restraint and ability on the weapon than 99% of law enforcement and military.
1
He isn't.
1
@NoelKerns If he didn't have the gun, he might well have been killed along with other people, whom the rioters disliked. Also it's weird how you blame the victim rather than the perpetrators, is a r@pe victim guilty, because the r@pe wouldn't have taken place without her?
1
@NoelKerns He acted with more restraint and precision than police anyways. Do you think a police officer would wait that lobg before defending himself?
1
@TheM4rble Kyle was the MOST PASSIVE possible. You would have shot much earlier than him. To call him an "active shooter" is absolute madness. He did everything he could to avoid shooting. Literally risked his life twice so he didn't have to shoot.
1
@jeradlarsenjerad1732 That's not the point. The point is that Kyle never attacked anyone in the first place. He was only ever attacked himself and he showed great restraint in defending his own life. More than 99% of people would have.
1
@zaurakdigis He almost got killed twice trying not to use his gun. To say that he escalated sth is madness.
1
@roadglide1636 He did everything he could not to shoot. You would 100% have shot earlier. You would never risk your life to save your attackers in the way Kyle did.
1
@Zaven Sargsyan Especially since Kyle constantly demonstrated his UNWILLINGNESS to fire his gun. It was obvious that he was trying not to use it and that was why he was charged in the first place.
1
@samiam5806 No, he'd shoot much earlier and probably hurt bystanders and himself.
1
@csquaredc3053 Kyle repeateldy risked his life in order not to have to shoot. You are already more of a killer than him, because you would never do that. He is cold-blooded, though. That allowed him to delay defending himself to the last possible moment. That's what saved the lives of bystanders.
