Douglas is painting the picture that there are specific instances of grooming behaviour on the left like taking children to drag queen strip shows or LGBT teachers trying to encourage young students to question their gender identity, but when the right uses the word groomer any time other than these specific "worrying" perpetrators then that's too far and at that point you are just using the accusation as a stick and have lost the commitment to truth. But this is unfair and inappropriate because it is not just the specific perpetrators who deserve to be called groomer, but everyone on the left who defends and supports these perpetrators and these events taking children to drag queen strip shows.
