  2. I don't understand how exactly the spoonies encourage them to get more sick? With pro-ana communities it's obvious "you look so pretty, being thin is good" , but with spoonies they seem to expressly say that their sickness is a bad thing and they want to get better so how do they encourage that not to happen? I must work very differently to body dysmorphia groups.
