  1. It sounds like you're trying to take socialism out of trumpism but that isn't going to work because socialism is important to populism and dissident right or NRx ideology. Socialism is important to populism because most trump voters are voting for him in order so that he use the power of government to stick up for the little guy, the american worker by using economic protectionism like tariffs and punishing companies for taking jobs abroad and by reducing immigration with strong borders , all anti-libertarian, anti-capitalist policies. Socialism is important to Dissident right and NRx ideology because they realise that the Rs need to be willing to acquire and wield power like the L does to disempower their en nem mees and the R needs to do this better than the L in order to win. This is also contrary to the laissez fair , libertarian , liberal ethos and requires control of institutions and bureaucracies. Even if you want to want to reduce the number of bureaucracies you still need to retain control of the essential remaining ones or the L will take control of it and use its power to disempower and marginalise you. Both are ultimately examples of government interventions in free market systems which is socialism. Libertarianism and laissez-fair , "neutral" , "classically liberal" governance needs to take a back seat until the en nem mees have been disempowered . libertarian governance is like a gardener who does nothing, you get a lot of growth but the weeds take over. you need to be willing to intervene and use power to remove the weeds.   3. The increase in inefficiency can be seen as evidence for the lowering of society's IQ from the high IQ people in society having fewer kids than the low IQ people. When you have a society of high IQ people you don't need as many rules or as much organisation because every individual is more capable. Of course a country with a populace that has high genetic IQ doesn't need to put in as much resources into education to get good education outcomes compared to a populace with low genetic IQ which needs to throw tonnes of resources into education and still gets measly results. Expect this to get worse as the white population % goes down.
