@aubs965 people understood what your point was, but most will disagree. I've no sympathy for her, or her parents. You can't neglect someone's social and emotional development then be surprised when they implode. It's predictable and avoidable. There's not saying a healthy home life would've prevented her ending up taking these actions, but then there'd be sympathy for the loving family and condemnation for their daughter. Instead, condemn them all for being shitty.

@Ricey167 yeah because lazy people decide to orchestrate elaborate home invasions that result in the death of a parent, that she apparently finds amusing, and couldn't possibly be linked to her upbringing in any way. Psychology might suggest otherwise.

I know its morbid, but I'm fascinated by this monster. There's no emotion towards his family, or remorse for his actions, yet he is anxious about his plight, so he's not a text book psychopath. I'm having a hard time reconciling how someone can be so unencumbered by the murder of his own babies and pregnant wife, and still have (what appears to be) an emotional response to being found out. Wtf is at play here?

@Johncarver7777 don't mention objectivism then proceed to be subjective 😂 this is bullshit. Pushing someone, whether you escalated the situation or not, does not give someone licence to shoot you. Fight you? Yeah, sure, but not to shoot, especially when you see him retreat upon the draw. That should've been the end of it.

@Ray Wenderlich no he isn't 😂 not compared to the general population, and definitely not in the can.

Wait, Manslaughter? This is Second Degree Murder.

@jjdude00 you're an idiot. The argument is initiation, the physical act of the shove is escalation. Don't raise your voice to a man's lady and you won't get shoved. This guy talks like he's in a war zone cos he got pushed. Guns are negatively impacting your IQ

@Johncarver7777 emotionally invested? We're talking about the needless murder of a man? You were subjective throughout your comment, by projecting your thoughts and opinions onto each supposed objective point. You're entitled to be subjective, but don't misrepresent it. To address your point, which you've reiterated, the law obviously disagrees with you, in a country where guns and use of deadly force is legal. By doing a lap of the vehicle, looking for a disabled badge and engaging in an argument he was baiting a situation. Could the partner have handled it better? Course he could have, but he pushed the shooter to neutralise HIM because he didn't know how much of a threat HE posed. The point is, if you can't handle yourself in confrontational scenarios, don't look for them. The only country in the world where this is even a debate is the US.
