  1.  @skurinski  They said that in London. But they all but banned cars from the city centres with Low Emissions and Congestion zones. So you use the comprehensive metro instead.

  4. I prey that the Westway that runs though west London into the centre (West End) is demolished. I can see that keeping some sections to run metro trains on would be very useful. Then they can reinstate Paddington Green.

  5.  @gavinathling  It works like this. The single live in apartments near the centre, then have a family moving to the outers, then move back into apartments when older, then into care homes.
