  1. She should have cancelled the money sluice HS2, leaving the Old Oak Common to Aylesbury section as it is advanced in construction. At Aylesbury it could run onto an upgraded Chiltern Line. The Chiltern needs upgrading anyhow as it pours out diesel pollution into central London at Marylebone. Then Birmingham and West Mids trains are taken off the WCML relieving capacity. A win, win.
