  1. Just have Land Value Tax to the point personal income tax is eliminated, with Council Tax eliminated. A tax on the values of land, not the buildings on it. The values are created by community economic activity - in short we collectively create that value, so we use that for our services. That will solve it all. It is simple. No silly stealth taxes all over the place, which cost to collect. - The tax cannot be avoided. - Land cannot be taken offshore. - Land Value Tax is cheap to collect (no IR snoopers on people.
