  1. An owner cannot do anything about this problem. I can only think of using the highest quality "fully" synthetic oils and advanced fuels to prevent any carbon and turbo problems. Or an after-market engines heater to prevent the engine running rich on warm up. Vehicles that do long trips with few warm-ups will last longer.
