Let me get this right. The US, North & South Viet Nam, etc all agree a peace deal. Now if there is a peace deal there is always a ceasefire agreement. When was this ceasefire date to stop fighting? Nothing is mentioned of this. What kept the North continue its fighting?

Prager is an extreme right wing organisation. The right wing get a lot wrong for sure. This is pure propaganda. This is trying to say that the current Income Tax, called progressive taxation works against the more wealthy. That is not the case. It does the reverse. That is why only a few percent of the population have most of the wealth created in a society. Facts prove what I have just stated. The only truly progressive tax system is Land Valuation Tax - a tax on the value of the land with zero tax on the buildings with no private Income Tax. If they had Land Value Tax, the brothers would pay equally. The improvements they propose raise the value of the land of all three of house plots equally. If Tom said I am not paying irrespective and the other two paid the improvements equally. Tom gets something for nothing, which is not fair. But if they said the improvements will raise the land values of each plot, so we use that raised value to pay for the improvements, they would all gain and get the improvements for nothing - and it would be fair. They pay $30,000 for the improvements and the real estate agent said it would raise the land value by $10,000 for each plot, then they pay $10,000 each. Harry keeps all he worked for keeping his hard earned money - and all gain.
