The Luftwaffe lost the air battle over Dunkirk.

No The French Army was poor. They should have stopped the German advance.

The Germans only reused soft skinned British vehicles. Mainly by butchered parts of sabotaged vehicles to make up a running one. Most vehicles had their engines run with oil drained seizing up, making them inoperable, radiators punctured, hoses slashed, tyres slashed, etc. The Germans did use captured British Matilda 2 tanks (Rommel himself used one), but these were captured in the deserts, which the British eventually recaptured.

The German advance on Dunkirk was because the British and French were falling back to the ships, a controlled retreat, rather than anything wonderful the Germans were doing. Montgomery was in command of a corps, destroying all bridges behind him taking his corps intact to the beaches. The Germans still lost a lot of men at Dunkirk and in France overall. More research is needed on this vid.
