Can be reclaimed by Land Value Tax, which can eliminate income tax and eliminate harmful land speculation (which caused a world-wide economic crash in 2008/09. Income tax is a a bad tax, a penalty on production: work, effort, labour. The air over our heads can, and is, charged to use, we also have the electromagnetic spectrum, the seas and sea beds. All resources: fish, oil, gas, ores, etc, are common as they come from nature and out of our sovereign land. The proceeds should go into common coffers - they do not. Easy when you look around. Land Value Tax would be the prime source of revenue for the Treasury. No tax, no paperwork. Just set up business, no hounds from the Taxman pestering you.

  8. It is how the proceeds of production of a society are divided amongst that society. Also knowing what is common and what is not. The proceeds of commonly owned land and resources, and commonly created wealth should go into common coffers, not into private pockets. We have a massive imbalance because commonly created wealth is appropriated by private concerns/individuals. Also privately created wealth is appropriated into common coffers - by income tax, VAT, stealth taxes, etc. Commonly created wealth should pay for common services. Privately created wealth should stay in private pockets. There is a way around this with a free and unrigged free-market as one of its cores.

  10. An error immediately. A commodity is: A raw material or primary agricultural product that can be bought and sold. If it is not bought or sold, being out of the market for whatever reason, it is not a commodity.
