  1. The Soviets had state Capitalism. The large companies when Lenin got in charge just acted the same way with different owners, the state not private.

  2. National Socialism is fascist. Fascism is where large private companies have a say in government. Hardly socialism. This nearly is the case today in many western countries. Fascism by stealth. Nazism had a heavy race element and a full welfare state. A welfare state is not unique to socialist states.
