  1. I recall that a British outfit in the 1980 designed an airship for freight. A square centre section was removable, which was most of the airship, so that a block of aluminium containers could be slotted in. The bock of containers would be on the ground ready on a module with the airship dropping onto them, then the cargo module locked in, then lift off.

  2. Done properly this can replace this silly HS2 high speed rail in the UK. A rail line has a lot of land between stations, with bridges and tunnels, plus the track and electric wires maintenance. A airship? Only the runways either end.
