All this could have been done decades ago. Too late. All ICEs are now obsolete. EVs will take over soon and fast. Hydrogen fuel cells for: trucks, trains, ships, etc.

Just a bigger radiator. A real fast heat up though. Great for cold climates.

Use waste exhaust heat to drive a Stirling? May as use the fuel to heat the Stirling directly. Continuous burn is far more efficient...and cleaner.

@PrivateSi An ICE is not more efficient than a Stirling engine. Stirling engines are bigger and heavier, another is that a good cooling capacity is needed, meaning a very large radiator. Reasons that is why they never caught on. Having a Stirling off an ICE engine's exhaust is highly inefficient. A small Stirling off say a large ship's engine's exhaust maybe beneficial.
