  1. "the way Mazda is going it is very smart for the time being." That time being will be very short. Toyota and Mazda joined forces on engine development - with most relating to hybrid range-extender applications. Concentrating on simple, constant speed, range extending engines is the way forwards.

  2. If this ignition can be applied to a Wankel or Liquid Piston engine to be used in a hybrid,, then Mazda have a winner.
