@alsalasjr2020 There was pre-planning. Look at the NY Times You tube vid on it. Gives the timeline and that all around the building multiple coordinated simulates attempts were made to storm the Capitol.

Beyond all reasonable doubt. If there is 'reasonable doubt' Trump walks away. So far no firm evidence is there pointing to him as instigating a coup.

@maryannbrown5762 I believe Trump did want a coup and should be behind bars, or in a secure mental institution. It is proving it beyond all reasonable doubt that is the problem. Enough pieces of circumstantial evidence can convict him. But the total evidence has to be strong.

@anneheimburger3186 MAGA and Proud Boys, etc. There has to be a connection with Trump and them. But having a connection does not prove treason. Would be interesting to see what they do have on Trump which is solid. Trump is too cunning to have direct connections. He would distance himself greatly if actually being involved.
