  1. The first operating system Microsoft made was NT. Those before were just graphical front ends for a poor operating system named MSDOS. At the time the best operating system was brought out by Steve Jobs, called NEXT. It was the professional, commercial and stable UNIX with graphical front end. It never caught on.

  2. It is a bad operating system. It slows up very quickly, needing reinstalling.
