@estygal3027 You can read court decisions from Russian court websites. There are two YouTube channels covering this in Russia. You will find that prison officials are sometimes imprisoned for torturing prisoners. In the description of court decisions you can find, for example, how prison staff inserted a boiling pot into a prisoner's anus and it exploded there. The man survived and the staff members were sentenced for terms less than those given for condemning Putin's war. YouTube is the last site that opens without a VPN.
